govinda-caraṇe kailÄ Ätma-samarpaṇa
govinda-caraṇÄravinda — yÄá¹…ra prÄṇa-dhana

 govinda-caraṇe - at the lotus feet of Lord Govinda; kailÄ Ätma-samarpaṇa - he surrendered himself fully; govinda-caraṇa-aravinda - the lotus feet of Lord Govinda; yÄá¹…ra - of whom; prÄṇa-dhana - the life and soul.

Thus RaghunÄtha Bhaá¹­á¹­a surrendered fully at the lotus feet of Lord Govinda, and those lotus feet became his life and soul.
