At Paká¹£i-tÄ«rtha, Lord ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu visited the temple of Lord Åšiva. Then He went to the Vá¹›ddhakola place of pilgrimage.

Purport

Paká¹£i-tÄ«rtha, also called TirukÄá¸i-kuṇá¸am, is located nine miles southeast of Ciá¹lipaá¹­. It has a five-hundred-foot elevation and is situated in a chain of hills known as Vedagiri or VedÄcalam. There is a temple of Lord Åšiva there, and the deity is known as VedagirÄ«Å›vara. Two birds come there daily to receive food from the temple priest, and it is claimed that they have been coming since time immemorial.
