ná¹›siá¹ha dekhiyÄ - after seeing the Lord Ná¹›siá¹ha Deity; tÄá¹…re - unto Him; kaila - did; nati-stuti - offering of various prayers; siddhavaá¹a - to Siddhavaá¹a; gelÄ - He went; yÄhÄá¹… - where; mÅ«rti - the Deity; sÄ«tÄ-pati - Lord RÄmacandra.
Upon seeing the Ahovala-ná¹›siá¹ha Deity, Caitanya MahÄprabhu offered many prayers unto the Lord. He then went to Siddhavaá¹a, where He saw the Deity of RÄmacandra, the Lord of SÄ«tÄdevÄ«.
Siddhavaá¹a, also known as Sidhauá¹a, is ten miles east of the village of Kuá¸ÄpÄ. Previously this place was also known as the southern Benares. There is a great banyan tree there, and it is therefore known as Siddhavaá¹a. Vaá¹a means banyan tree.
