ei-mata 'vaiṣṇava' haila saba dakṣiṇa-deśa

 sei - that man; yāi' - going; Ära - different; grāme - to the villages; kare - gives; upadeśa - instruction; ei-mata - in this way; vaiṣṇava - devotees; haila - became; saba - all; dakᚣiṇa-deśa - the people of South India.
