prÄptam annaá¹ drutaá¹ Å›iṣṭair
bhoktavyaṠharir abravīt

 na - not; deÅ›a - of the country; niyamaḥ - regulation; tatra - in that; na - not; kÄla - of time; niyamaḥ - regulation; tathÄ - so also; prÄptam - received; annam - prasÄdam; drutam - hastily; Å›iṣṭaiḥ - by gentlemen; bhoktavyam - to be eaten; hariḥ - the Lord; abravÄ«t - has said.

“ ‘The prasÄdam of Lord Kṛṣṇa is to be eaten by gentlemen as soon as it is received; there should be no hesitation. There are no regulative principles concerning time and place. This is the order of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.’ â€
