akÄmaḥ sarva-kÄmo vÄ
moká¹£a-kÄma udÄra-dhīḥ
tīvreṇa bhakti-yogena
yajeta puruá¹£aá¹ param

 akÄmaḥ - without material desires; sarva-kÄmaḥ - full of all material desires;  - or; moká¹£a-kÄmaḥ - desiring liberation; udÄra-dhīḥ - sincere and advanced in devotional service; tÄ«vreṇa - firm; bhakti-yogena - by the practice of bhakti-yoga; yajeta - should worship; puruá¹£am param - the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

“ ‘One who is actually intelligent, although he may be a devotee free from material desires, a karmÄ« desiring all kinds of material facilities, or a jñÄnÄ« desiring liberation, should seriously engage in bhakti-yoga for the satisfaction of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.’
