ÄtatatvÄc ca mÄtá¹›tvÄd
ÄtmÄ hi paramo hariḥ
ÄtatatvÄt - due to being all-pervading; ca - and; mÄtá¹›tvÄt - due to being the progenitor; ÄtmÄ - the soul; hi - certainly; paramaḥ - supreme; hariḥ - the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
