kirÄta-hÅ«nÄndhra-pulinda-pukkaÅ›Ä
ÄbhÄ«ra-Å›umbhÄ yavanÄḥ khaÅ›Ädayaḥ
ye 'nye ca pÄpÄ yad-upÄÅ›rayÄÅ›rayÄḥ
śudhyanti tasmai prabhaviṣṇave namaḥ

 kirÄta - the aborigines named KirÄtas; hÅ«na - the HÅ«nas; Ändhra - Ä€ndhras; pulinda - Pulindas; pukkaÅ›Äḥ - PukkaÅ›as; ÄbhÄ«ra - Ä€bhÄ«ras; Å›umbhÄḥ - Åšumbhas; yavanÄḥ - persons who do not follow the Vedic injunctions and who eat cow's flesh; khaÅ›a-Ädayaḥ - KhaÅ›as and others; ye - those who; anye - similar others; ca - also; pÄpÄḥ - sinful persons; yat - of the Supreme Personality of Godhead; upÄÅ›raya - of the devotees; ÄÅ›rayÄḥ - taking shelter; Å›udhyanti - become purified; tasmai - unto Him, Lord Viṣṇu, because of whom they become purified; prabhaviṣṇave - to Lord Viṣṇu, the most powerful; namaḥ - respectful obeisances.

“ ‘KirÄtas, HÅ«nas, Ä€ndhras, Pulindas, PukkaÅ›as, Ä€bhÄ«ras, Åšumbhas, Yavanas and members of the KhaÅ›a races, and even others who are addicted to sinful acts, can be purified by taking shelter of the devotees of the Lord, due to His being the supreme power. I beg to offer my respectful obeisances unto Him.’
