duḥkhÄbhÄvottamÄptibhiḥ
aprÄptÄtÄ«ta-naá¹£á¹ÄrthÄ-
nabhisamÅ›ocanÄdi-ká¹›t
dhá¹›tiḥ - endurance; syÄt - may become; pÅ«rṇatÄ - fullness; jñÄna - knowledge of the Supreme Personality of Godhead; duḥkha-abhÄva - the absence of misery; uttama-Äptibhiḥ - by attainment of the highest platform of perfection; aprÄpta - not obtained; atÄ«ta - gone; naá¹£á¹a - destroyed; artha - object, goal; anabhisamÅ›ocana - absence of lamentation; Ädi - and so on; ká¹›t - doing.
