kiá¹vÄ 'dhá¹›ti'-Å›abde nija-pÅ«rṇatÄdi-jñÄna kaya
duḥkhÄbhÄve uttama-prÄptye mahÄ-pÅ«rṇa haya

 kiá¹vÄ - or; dhá¹›ti-Å›abde - by the word dhá¹›ti; nija - own; pÅ«rṇatÄ-Ädi - perfection and so on; jñÄna - knowledge; kaya - says; duḥkha-abhÄve - in the absence of all material miseries; uttama - the best; prÄptye - by obtaining; mahÄ-pÅ«rṇa haya - becomes perfectly perfect.

“The word ‘dhá¹›ti’ is also used when one is fully perfect in knowledge. When, due to having obtained the lotus feet of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, one has no material miseries, he attains mahÄ-pÅ«rṇa, the highest level of perfection.
