bhaktimÄn yaḥ sa me priyaḥ

 yaḥ - he who; na hṛṣyati - is not jubilant (upon getting something favorable); na dveṣṭi - does not hate (being artificially influenced by something unfavorable); na - not; Å›ocati - laments; na - not; kÄá¹…ká¹£ati - desires; Å›ubha-aÅ›ubha - the materially auspicious and inauspicious; parityÄgÄ« - completely rejecting; bhakti-mÄn - possessing devotion; yaḥ - anyone who; saḥ - that person; me priyaḥ - very dear to Me.
