'catuḥ-ṣaṣṭi aṅga' ei parama-mahattva

sarvathā - in all respects; śaraṇa-āpatti - surrender; kārtika-ādi-vrata - to observe special vows in the month of Kārttika; catuḥ-ṣaṣṭi aṅga - sixty-four parts; ei - this; parama-mahattva - very important items.
