 vraje - in Vá¹›ndÄvana; kṛṣṇa - Lord Kṛṣṇa; sarva-aiÅ›varya-prakÄÅ›e - manifestation of His full opulence; pÅ«rṇa-tama - most complete; purÄ«-dvaye - in DvÄrakÄ and MathurÄ; para-vyome - and in the spiritual world; pÅ«rṇa-tara - more complete; pÅ«rṇa - complete.

“Kṛṣṇa is complete in the spiritual sky [Vaikuṇṭha], He is more complete in MathurÄ and DvÄrakÄ, and He is most complete in Vá¹›ndÄvana, Vraja, due to His manifesting all His opulences.
