ei ta' - in this way; dvitÄ«ya-puruá¹£a - the second Personality of Godhead; brahmÄṇá¸era Ä«Å›vara - the master of the universe; mÄyÄra - of the external, material energy; ÄÅ›raya haya - becomes the shelter; tabu - still; mÄyÄ-pÄra - is beyond the touch of the material energy.
