tathÄpi saá¹…kará¹£aṇa-icchÄya tÄhÄra prakÄÅ›a

 yadyapi - although; asá¹›jya - there is no question of creation; nitya - eternal; cit-Å›akti-vilÄsa - pastimes of the eternal spiritual energy; tathÄpi - still; saá¹…kará¹£aṇa-icchÄya - by the will of Saá¹…kará¹£aṇa; tÄhÄra - of the spiritual world; prakÄÅ›a - manifestation.

“Although there is no question of creation as far as the spiritual world is concerned, the spiritual world is nonetheless manifested by the supreme will of Saṅkarṣaṇa. The spiritual world is the abode of the pastimes of the eternal spiritual energy.
