sei naukā caḍi' - boarding the same boat; prabhu - Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; āilā - reached; pānihāṭi - the place named Pānihāṭi; nāvikere - the captain of the boat; parāila - He put on; nija-kṛpā-sāṭī - His own used cloth as special mercy.

The Lord finally reached Pānihāṭi, and as an act of mercy He gave the captain of the boat one of His personal garments.
