ye kÄle karena jagannÄtha daraÅ›ana
mane bhÄve, kuruká¹£etre pÄñÄchi milana
ye kÄle - at those times; karena - does; jagannÄtha - Lord JagannÄtha; daraÅ›ana - visiting; mane - within the mind; bhÄve - thinks; kuru-ká¹£etre - on the field of Kuruká¹£etra; pÄñÄchi - I have gotten; milana - meeting.
When Kṛṣṇa was performing yajña (sacrifice) at Kuruká¹£etra, He invited all the inhabitants of Vá¹›ndÄvana to come see Him. Lord Caitanya’s heart was always filled with separation from Kṛṣṇa, but as soon as He had the opportunity to visit the JagannÄtha temple, He became fully absorbed in the thoughts of the gopÄ«s who came to see Kṛṣṇa at Kuruká¹£etra.
