sei puruá¹£era saá¹…kará¹£aṇa samÄÅ›raya

 yÄá¹…hÄ haite - from whom; viÅ›va-utpatti - the creation of the material cosmic manifestation; yÄá¹…hÄte - in whom; pralaya - merging; sei puruá¹£era - of that Supreme Personality of Godhead; saá¹…kará¹£aṇa - Saá¹…kará¹£aṇa; samÄÅ›raya - the original shelter.

Saṅkarṣaṇa is the original shelter of the puruṣa, from whom this world is created and in whom it is dissolved.
