sei prabhu nityÄnanda — sarva-avataá¹sa
sei - that; viṣṇu - Lord Viṣṇu; haya - is; yÄá¹…ra - whose; amÅ›a-amÅ›era - of the part of the plenary part; amÅ›a - part; sei - that; prabhu - Lord; nityÄnanda - NityÄnanda; sarva-avataá¹sa - the source of all incarnations.
That Lord Viṣṇu is but a part of a part of a plenary portion of Lord NityÄnanda, who is the source of all incarnations.
The Lord of ÅšvetadvÄ«pa has immense potency for creation and destruction. ÅšrÄ« NityÄnanda Prabhu, being Baladeva Himself, the original form of Saá¹…kará¹£aṇa, is the original form of the Lord of ÅšvetadvÄ«pa.
