ÅšivÄnanda CakravartÄ«, the thirty-third branch, who always lived in Vá¹›ndÄvana with firm conviction, is considered an important branch of GadÄdhara Paṇá¸ita.

Purport

The Gaura-gaṇoddeÅ›a-dÄ«pikÄ (183) mentions that ÅšivÄnanda CakravartÄ« was formerly Lavaá¹…ga-mañjarÄ«. The ÅšÄkhÄ-nirṇaya, written by Yadunandana dÄsa, also names other branches of GadÄdhara Paṇá¸ita, as follows: (1) MÄdhavÄcÄrya, (2) GopÄla dÄsa, (3) Há¹›dayÄnanda, (4) Vallabha Bhaá¹­á¹­a (the Vallabha-sampradÄya, or PuṣṭimÄrga-sampradÄya, is very famous), (5) Madhu Paṇá¸ita (this famous devotee lived near Khaá¸adaha, in the village known as SÄá¹…ibonÄ-grÄma, about two miles east of the Khaá¸adaha station, and constructed the temple of GopÄ«nÄthajÄ« in Vá¹›ndÄvana), (6) AcyutÄnanda, (7) CandraÅ›ekhara, (8) VakreÅ›vara Paṇá¸ita, (9) DÄmodara, (10) BhagavÄn Ä€cÄrya, (11) Ananta Ä€cÄryavarya, (12) KṛṣṇadÄsa, (13) ParamÄnanda Bhaá¹­á¹­ÄcÄrya, (14) BhavÄnanda GosvÄmÄ«, (15) Caitanya dÄsa, (16) LokanÄtha Bhaá¹­á¹­a (this devotee, who lived in the village of TÄlakhaá¸i in the district of YaÅ›ohara [Jessore] and constructed the temple of RÄdhÄvinoda, was the spiritual master of Narottama dÄsa ṬhÄkura and a great friend of BhÅ«garbha GosvÄmÄ«), (17) Govinda Ä€cÄrya, (18) AkrÅ«ra ṬhÄkura, (19) Saá¹…keta Ä€cÄrya, (20) PratÄpÄditya, (21) KamalÄkÄnta Ä€cÄrya, (22) YÄdava Ä€cÄrya and (23) NÄrÄyaṇa Paá¸ihÄrÄ« (a resident of JagannÄtha PurÄ«).
