tat - those twin male and female babies; dášášŁášvÄ - seeing; kášpayÄ - out of compassion; agášhášÄt - took; ĹÄntanuḼ - King ĹÄntanu; mášgayÄm - while hunting in the forest; caran - wandering in that way; kášpaḼ - Kášpa; kumÄraḼ - the male child; kanyÄ - the female child; ca - also; droáša-patnÄŤ - the wife of DroášÄcÄrya; abhavat - became; kášpÄŤ - named KášpÄŤ.
