(he) pÄrtha–O son of KuntÄ«; sÄttvikÄ« buddhiḥ–intelligence of the nature of goodness; sÄ yÄ–is that which; vetti–distinguishes; pravá¹›ttim cha–virtuous engagement; nivá¹›ttim cha–and abstinence from vice; kÄrya-akÄrye–duty and non-duty; bhaya-abhaye–danger and safety; bandham moká¹£am cha–and bondage and liberation.
