(he) bharatarṣabha–O best of the Bharat dynasty; yāvat kiñchit–whatever; sthāvara-jaṅgamam–stationary or moving; sattvam–being; sañjayate–is born; viddhi–know; tat–that; kṣetra-kṣetrajña-saṁyogāt–as born of the combination of the field and its knower. [27]

O Arjuna, best of the Bhāratas, whatever is born in the world, whether moving or stationary, know it to be manifest from the combination of the field and its knower.
