manuṣyās tu tadā śāntā
nirvairāḥ suhṛdaḥ samāḥ
yajanti tapasā devaḿ

In Satya-yuga the Supreme Lord incarnates as a four-armed brahmacari described in the previous verse and personally introduces the process of meditation.
