etāvān yoga ādiṣṭo
mac-chiṣyaiḥ sanakādibhiḥ
sarvato mana ākṛṣya
mayy addhāveśyate yathā
etavan -- actually this; yogah -- yoga system; adishtah -- instructed; mat-sishyaih -- by My devotees; sanaka-adibhih -- headed by Sanaka-kumara; sarvatah -- from all sides; manah -- the mind; akrishya -- withdrawing; mayi -- in Me; addha -- directly; avesyate -- is absorbed; yatha -- accordingly.
The word yatha ("accordingly" or "properly") indicates that like Uddhava one should hear directly from Lord Krishna or His bona fide representative and directly (addha) fix the mind in Lord Krishna.
