ya evam avyākṛta-śakty-udanvataḥ
parasya sākṣāt paramātmano hareḥ
giritra-mokṣaḿ kathayec chṛṇoti vā
vimucyate saḿsṛtibhis tathāribhiḥ
yah -- whoever; evam -- thus; avyakrita -- inconceivable; sakti -- of energies; udanvatah -- of the ocean; parasya -- the Supreme; sakshat -- personally manifest; parama-atmanah -- of the Supersoul; hareh -- Lord Hari; giritra -- of Lord Siva; moksham -- the saving; kathayet -- recites; srinoti -- hears; va -- or; vimucyate -- is freed; samsritibhih -- from repeated births and deaths; tatha -- as well as; aribhih -- from enemies.
Srila Sridhara Svami concludes this chapter with the following statement:
bhakta-sankatam alokya
kripa-purna-hrid-ambujah
giritram citra-vakyat tu
mokshayam asa kesavah
"When Lord Kesava saw the danger confronting His devotee, His lotuslike heart became filled with sympathy. Thus He delivered Lord Siva from the consequences of his own eloquent words."
