niviṣṭayos tatra mahātmanos tayoḥ

dadhāra pādāv avanijya taj jalaḿ

tayoh -- for Them; samaniya -- bringing; vara -- elevated; asanam -- seats; muda -- happily; nivishtayoh -- who took Their seats; tatra -- there; maha-atmanoh -- of the greatest of personalities; tayoh -- of Them; dadhara -- he took; padau -- the feet; avanijya -- washing; tat -- that; jalam -- water; sa -- together with; vrindah -- his followers; a-brahma -- up to Lord Brahma; punat -- purifying; yat -- which; ambu -- water; ha -- indeed.

Bali took pleasure in offering Them elevated seats. After They sat down, he washed the feet of the two Supreme Personalities. Then he took that water, which purifies the whole world even up to Lord Brahma, and poured it upon himself and his followers.
