tasyaiva me sauhṛda-sakhya-maitrī-
dāsyaḿ punar janmani janmani syāt
mahānubhāvena guṇālayena
viṣajjatas tat-puruṣa-prasańgaḥ
tasya -- for Him; eva -- indeed; me -- my; sauhrida -- love; sakhya -- friendship; maitri -- sympathy; dasyam -- and servitude; punah -- repeatedly; janmani janmani -- life after life; syat -- may be; maha-anubhavena -- with the supremely compassionate Lord; guna -- of transcendental qualities; alayena -- the reservoir; vishajjatah -- who becomes thoroughly attached; tat -- His; purusha -- of the devotees; prasangah -- the valuable association.
As explained by Srila Visvanatha Cakravarti, sauhridam here signifies affection toward Him who is so compassionate to His devotees, sakhyam is affinity manifested in the desire to live in His company, maitri is the attitude of intimate comradeship, and dasyam is the urge to do service.
