ity artha-kāma-dharmeṣu
kṛṣṇena śraddhitātmanā
samyak sabhājitaḥ prītas
tam evānusmaran yayau
iti -- thus; artha -- with items of utility for economic development; kama -- of sense gratification; dharmeshu -- and of religiosity; krishnena -- by Lord Krishna; sraddhita -- faithful; atmana -- whose heart; samyak -- thoroughly; sabhajitah -- honored; pritah -- pleased; tam -- Him; eva -- indeed; anusmaran -- always remembering; yayau -- he went.
As Srila Prabhupada points out in Krishna, the phrase artha-kama-dharmeshu indicates that Lord Krishna was behaving like an ordinary householder deeply concerned with economic development, sense gratification and religious duties. Narada could understand the Lord's purpose, and he was most pleased by Sri Krishna's exemplary behavior. Thus fully enlivened in his pure Krishna consciousness, he departed.
