paribarham -- the dowry; upagrihya -- taking; dvarakam -- at Dvaraka; etya -- arriving; satyaya -- with Satya; reme -- enjoyed; yadunam -- of the Yadus; rishabhah -- the chief; bhagavan -- the Supreme Lord; devaki-sutah -- the son of Devaki.

Lord Devaki-suta, the chief of the Yadus, then took His dowry and Satya to Dvaraka and continued to live there happily.
