hateshu -- having been killed; sarva -- all; anikeshu -- the soldiers of his armies; nripah -- the king; barhadrathah -- Jarasandha, the son of Brihadratha; tada -- then; upekshita h -- neglected; bhagavata -- by the Supreme Lord; magadhan -- to the Magadha kingdom; durmanah -- depressed; yayau -- he went.

All of his armies having been killed, and himself neglected by the Personality of Godhead, King Jarasandha, son of Brihadratha, then sadly returned to the kingdom of the Magadhas.
