akalpaḿ nṛpatiḿ prajāḥ

nihsvam -- one without any assets; tyajanti -- abandon; ganikah -- prostitutes; akalpam -- incompetent; nri-patim -- a king; prajah -- citizens; adhita-vidyah -- those who have completed their education; acaryam -- the teacher; ritvijah -- priests; datta -- (the sacrificer) who has given; dakshinam -- their remuneration.
