surabhir uvāca
kṛṣṇa kṛṣṇa mahā-yogin
viśvātman viśva-sambhava
bhavatā loka-nāthena
sa-nāthā vayam acyuta
surabhih uvaca -- Surabhi said; krishna krishna -- O Krishna, Krishna; maha yogin -- O greatest of mystics; visva-atman -- O Soul of the universe; visva-sambhava -- O origin of the universe; bhavata -- by You; loka nathena -- the master of the world; sa-nathah -- having a master; vayam -- we; acyuta -- O infallible one.
Srila Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura points out here that mother Surabhi is feeling great ecstasy as she repeats the words "Krishna, Krishna." Krishna lifted Govardhana Hill by His mystic power and thus protected the cows of Vrindavana, whereas her so-called master, Indra, had tried to kill them. Thus Surabhi now clearly understands that it is not the demigods but rather the Supreme God, Krishna Himself, who is her real master forever.
