स एनां तत आदाय न्यधादौदञ्चनोदके ।
तत्र क्षिप्ता मुहूर्तेन हस्तत्रयमवर्धत ॥१९॥

nyadhÄd audañcanodake
tatra ká¹£iptÄ muhÅ«rtena
hasta-trayam avardhata

 saḥ - the King; enÄm - unto the fish; tataḥ - thereafter; ÄdÄya - taking out; nyadhÄt - placed; audañcana-udake - in a well of water; tatra - therein; ká¹£iptÄ - being thrown; muhÅ«rtena - within a moment; hasta-trayam - three cubits; avardhata - immediately developed.

Then, taking the fish out of the waterpot, the King threw Him in a large well. But within a moment the fish developed to the length of three cubits.
