mÄtáš-svasreyaḼ - the son of the mother's sister (ĹiĹupÄla); vaḼ - your; caidyaḼ - King ĹiĹupÄla; dantavakraḼ - Dantavakra; ca - and; pÄášá¸ava - O PÄášá¸ava; pÄrᚣada-pravarau - two exalted attendants; viᚣášoḼ - of Viᚣášu; vipra - by brÄhmaášas; ĹÄpÄt - because of a curse; pada - from their position in Vaikuášášha; cyutau - fallen.
ĹiĹupÄla and Dantavakra were not ordinary demons, but were formerly personal associates of Lord Viᚣášu. They apparently fell to this material world, but actually they came to assist the Supreme Personality of Godhead by nourishing His pastimes within this world.
