भृगुः ख्यात्यां महाभागः पत्न्यां पुत्रानजीजनत् ।
धातारं च विधातारं श्रियं च भगवत्पराम् ॥४३॥

bhá¹›guḥ khyÄtyÄá¹ mahÄ-bhÄgaḥ
patnyÄá¹ putrÄn ajÄ«janat
dhÄtÄraá¹ ca vidhÄtÄraá¹
Å›riyaá¹ ca bhagavat-parÄm

 bhá¹›guḥ - the great sage Bhá¹›gu; khyÄtyÄm - in his wife, KhyÄti; mahÄ-bhÄgaḥ - greatly fortunate; patnyÄm - unto the wife; putrÄn - sons; ajÄ«janat - gave birth; dhÄtÄram - DhÄtÄ; ca - also; vidhÄtÄram - VidhÄtÄ; Å›riyam - a daughter named ÅšrÄ«; ca bhagavat-parÄm - and a great devotee of the Lord.

The sage Bhá¹›gu was highly fortunate. In his wife, known as KhyÄti, he begot two sons, named DhÄtÄ and VidhÄtÄ, and one daughter, named ÅšrÄ«, who was very much devoted to the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
