कङ्कगृध्रबकश्येन भासभल्लूकबर्हिणः ।
हंससारसचक्राह्व काकोलूकादयः खगाः ॥२५॥

kaṅka-gṛdhra-baka-śyena-
bhÄsa-bhallÅ«ka-barhiṇaḥ
haá¹sa-sÄrasa-cakrÄhva-
kÄkolÅ«kÄdayaḥ khagÄḥ

 kaá¹…ka - heron; gá¹›dhra - vulture; baka - crane; Å›yena - hawk; bhÄsa - the bhÄsa; bhallÅ«ka - the bhallÅ«ka; barhiṇaḥ - the peacock; haá¹sa - swan; sÄrasa - the sÄrasa; cakrÄhva - the cakravÄka; kÄka - crow; ulÅ«ka - owl; Ädayaḥ - and others; khagÄḥ - the birds.

The heron, vulture, crane, hawk, bhÄsa, bhallÅ«ka, peacock, swan, sÄrasa, cakravÄka, crow, owl and others are the birds.
