yogÄdhīśo guhÄ-Å›ayaḥ
antardadha ṛṣeḥ sadyo
yathehÄnīśa-nirmitÄ

 tÄvat - just then; saḥ - He; bhagavÄn - the Personality of Godhead; sÄká¹£Ät - directly; yoga-adhīśaḥ - the supreme master of yoga; guhÄ-Å›ayaḥ - who is hidden within the heart of all living beings; antardadhe - disappeared; á¹›á¹£eḥ - in front of the sage; sadyaḥ - suddenly; yathÄ - in the same way as; Ä«hÄ - the object of endeavor; anīśa - by an incompetent person; nirmitÄ - created.

At that moment the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who is the original master of all mysticism and who is hidden within everyone’s heart, became invisible to the sage, just as the achievements of an incompetent person can suddenly vanish.
