hareta sura-viprayoḥ
vá¹›ttiá¹ sa jÄyate viá¸-bhug
vará¹£ÄṇÄm ayutÄyutam

 yaḥ - who; sva-dattÄm - given previously by himself; paraiḥ - by others; dattÄm - given; hareta - takes away; sura-viprayoḥ - belonging to the demigods or brÄhmaṇas; vá¹›ttim - property; saḥ - he; jÄyate - takes birth; viá¹­-bhuk - as a stool-eating worm; vará¹£ÄṇÄm - for years; ayuta - ten thousand; ayutam - times ten thousand.

Anyone who steals the property of the demigods or the brÄhmaṇas, whether originally given to them by himself or someone else, must live as a worm in stool for one hundred million years.
