 sa-paricchadam - along with my kingdom and all paraphernalia; ÄtmÄnam - myself; hitvÄ - abandoning; tṛṇam - a blade of grass; iva - as if; Ä«Å›varam - the powerful lord; yÄntÄ«m - going away; striyam - the woman; ca - and; anvagaman - I followed; nagnaḥ - naked; unmatta-vat - like a madman; rudan - crying out.

Although I was a powerful lord with great opulence, that woman gave me up as if I were no more than an insignificant blade of grass. And still, naked and without shame, I followed her, crying out to her like a madman.
