vyaktÄdÄyo vikurvÄṇÄ
dhÄtavaḥ puruá¹£eká¹£ayÄ
labdha-vÄ«ryÄḥ sá¹›janty aṇá¸aá¹
saá¹hatÄḥ praká¹›ter balÄt

 vyakta-Ädayaḥ - the mahat-tattva and so on; vikurvÄṇÄḥ - undergoing transformation; dhÄtavaḥ - the elements; puruá¹£a - of the Lord; Ä«ká¹£ayÄ - by the glance; labdha - having attained; vÄ«ryÄḥ - their potencies; sá¹›janti - they create; aṇá¸am - the egg of the universe; saá¹hatÄḥ - amalgamated; praká¹›teḥ - of nature; balÄt - by the power.

As the material elements, headed by the mahat-tattva, are transformed, they receive their specific potencies from the glance of the Supreme Lord, and being amalgamated by the power of nature, they create the universal egg.
