rÄjñÄm Ävedayad duḥkhaá¹
jarÄsandha-nirodha-jam

 saḥ - he; namaská¹›tya - after bowing down; kṛṣṇÄya - to Lord Kṛṣṇa; para-īśÄya - the Supreme Personality of Godhead; ká¹›ta-añjaliḥ - with joined palms; rÄjñÄm - of the kings; Ävedayat - he submitted; duḥkham - the suffering; jarÄsandha - by JarÄsandha; nirodha-jam - due to imprisonment.

That person bowed down to Kṛṣṇa, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and with joined palms he described to the Lord how a number of kings were suffering because JarÄsandha had imprisoned them.
