tatrÄgatyÄravindÄká¹£o
bhagavÄn viÅ›va-bhÄvanaḥ
vÄ«ká¹£yojjahÄra vÄmena
taá¹ kareṇa sa lÄ«layÄ

 tatra - there; Ägatya - going; aravinda-aká¹£aḥ - lotus-eyed; bhagavÄn - the Supreme Lord; viÅ›va - of the universe; bhÄvanaḥ - the maintainer; vÄ«ká¹£ya - seeing; ujjahÄra - picked up; vÄmena - left; tam - it; kareṇa - with His hand; saḥ - He; lÄ«layÄ - easily.


Text

The lotus-eyed Supreme Lord, maintainer of the universe, went to the well and saw the lizard. Then with His left hand He easily lifted it out.
