mÄtas te matir anyathÄ

vartase kÄminÄ« yathÄ

 tÄm - to her; Äha - said; bhagavÄn - the Lord; kÄrṣṇiḥ - Pradyumna; mÄtaḥ - O mother; te - your; matiḥ - attitude; anyathÄ - otherwise; mÄtá¹›-bhÄvam - the mood or affection of a mother; atikramya - overstepping; vartase - you are acting; kÄminÄ« - a girlfriend; yathÄ - like.
