bhagavÄn vraja-yoá¹£itaḥ
avadad vadatÄá¹ Å›reá¹£á¹ho
vÄcaḥ peÅ›air vimohayan
tÄḥ - them; dṛṣá¹vÄ - seeing; antikam - nearby; ÄyÄtÄḥ - arrived; bhagavÄn - the Supreme Lord; vraja-yoá¹£itaḥ - the girls of Vraja; avadat - He spoke; vadatÄm - of speakers; Å›reá¹£á¹haḥ - the best; vÄcaḥ - of language; peÅ›aiḥ - with decorations; vimohayan - bewildering.
Seeing that the girls of Vraja had arrived, Lord Kṛṣṇa, the best of speakers, greeted them with charming words that bewildered their minds.
Having established the spiritual nature of the gopÄ«s’ love for Kṛṣṇa, Åšukadeva GosvÄmÄ« proceeds with his narration.
