अमूनि पञ्च स्थानानि ह्यधर्मप्रभवः कलिः ।
औत्तरेयेण दत्तानि न्यवसत्तन्निदेशकृत् ॥४०॥

 amÅ«ni - all those; pañca - five; sthÄnÄni - places; hi - certainly; adharma - irreligious principles; prabhavaḥ - encouraging; kaliḥ - the age of Kali; auttareyeṇa - by the son of UttarÄ; dattÄni - delivered; nyavasat - dwelt; tat - by him; nideÅ›a-ká¹›t - directed.
