brahmÄ-Å›ivÄdika bhaje caraṇa yÄá¹…hÄra

 jaya jaya - all glories; Å›rÄ«-caitanya - to ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu; karuṇÄ-sindhu-avatÄra - the incarnation of the ocean of mercy; brahmÄ-Å›iva-Ädika - demigods, beginning from Lord BrahmÄ and Åšiva; bhaje - worship; caraṇa - lotus feet; yÄá¹…hÄra - whose.
