tabe śivānanda tāṅre sakala kahilā
'āsiba ājñā dilā prabhu kene nā āilā?'

tabe - thereupon; śivānanda - Śivānanda; tāṅre - unto Nṛsiṁhānanda; sakala kahilā - told everything; āsiba - I shall come; ājñā dilā - promised; prabhu - Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; kene - why; nā āilā - has He not come.

Then Śivānanda Sena told him, “Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu promised that He would come. Why, then, has He not arrived?”
