mṛtaka dekhite mora bhaya haila mane

 baḍa - great; matsya - fish; bali' - thinking to be; Ämi - I; uáš­hāiluṅ - lifted; yatane - with care; mṛtaka - the dead body; dekhite - seeing; mora - my; bhaya - fear; haila - there was; mane - in the mind.

“I lifted it with great care, thinking it a big fish, but as soon as I saw that it was a corpse, great fear arose in my mind.
