caitanya-caritÄmá¹›ta, amá¹›ta haite parÄmá¹›ta,
gÄya dÄ«na-hÄ«na kṛṣṇadÄsa
svarÅ«pa - SvarÅ«pa DÄmodara GosvÄmÄ«; rÅ«pa - ÅšrÄ«la RÅ«pa GosvÄmÄ«; sanÄtana - SanÄtana GosvÄmÄ«; raghunÄthera - of RaghunÄtha dÄsa GosvÄmÄ«; Å›rÄ«-caraṇa - the lotus feet; Å›ire - on the head; dhari' - taking; kari yÄra ÄÅ›a - hoping for their mercy; caitanya-caritÄmá¹›ta - the book named Caitanya-caritÄmá¹›ta; amá¹›ta haite - than nectar; para-amá¹›ta - more nectarean; gÄya - chants; dÄ«na-hÄ«na - the most wretched; kṛṣṇadÄsa - KṛṣṇadÄsa KavirÄja GosvÄmÄ«.
Expecting the mercy of SvarÅ«pa, RÅ«pa, SanÄtana and RaghunÄtha dÄsa, and taking their lotus feet on my head, I, the most fallen KṛṣṇadÄsa, continue chanting the epic ÅšrÄ« Caitanya-caritÄmá¹›ta, which is sweeter than the nectar of transcendental bliss.
Thus end the Bhaktivedanta purports to ÅšrÄ« Caitanya-caritÄmá¹›ta, Antya-lÄ«lÄ, sixteenth chapter, describing the nectar flowing from ÅšrÄ« Kṛṣṇa’s lotus lips.
